Purchase of a ticket acknowledges these conditions:

A few mom’s got together and agreed they wanted to hold a dance for their own kids and friends.

The purchase of a ticket acknowledges you are part of this friendship and therefore, trust your own son/daughter to be responsible enough to attend without you. You will not hold Decatur Formal, any business supporting or part of the event, responsible for any issue, injury or accident. If you have questions about the event, contact in advance of the dance a parent organizer.

The location of the event has been generously donated for the use the day of the event, but is a place of business. We have agreed to be respectful of the items unrelated to the dance used for the business. Please help us with the ability to hold future dances by being respectful of it as well!

The event ends at 10 p.m. and all students should have their own pre-arranged transportation to and from the event. The organizers will not be responsible for children who are left behind after the dance, or outside of the dance location.
